Jan's Pet Care is a professional pet sitting and dog walking service, founded in 2003.  It is owned and operated by Jan Haban in Galloway, Ohio - on the southwest side of Columbus. 

Jan knew at a young age she was destined to work with animals.  As the youngest of five children, she grew up with several family dogs, and loved teaching them new "tricks."  As an adult she has also owned cats, a parrot, hamsters, and fish. Her first paid pet sitting job came during the 1970s at age 12 when she cared for the neighbor's dogs, cat, guinea pig, and bird. 

Jan is a college grad, and worked in the insurance business for several years.  Her lifelong dream has been to work with animals and be self-employed.  Today she is doing just that, and considers herself blessed and grateful to be caretaker to hundreds of sweet pets! 

Jan's strong connection with animals is the driving force behind giving excellent service to pet owners in the Columbus area since 2003.  Providing the utmost care and attention is what comes naturally, a labor of love.  Jan provides a valuable service whereby pet owners can feel secure leaving their pets in Jan's excellent hands while away from home.
